Who we are

ToBrand is a web design and development agency based in India, serving businesses in India, the USA and Vietnam, Maharashtra, India. You can reach us at tobrand.biz@pikk.co.in.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, when you ask for a website report, book a call, apply for a job or contact us:

• Your name, WhatsApp number and city
• Your website address, if you share it
• What you need, and the time you'd like for a call
• Anything you write to us by WhatsApp or email

Our forms prepare a message that you send to us yourself on WhatsApp or by email. We may also keep a copy of what you submit in our own database, so no enquiry is lost.

The free speed and SEO check

When you run the free check, your browser sends the website address you enter directly to Google PageSpeed Insights. We don't receive or store it unless you then send us the report.

How we use it

• To reply to you and prepare your website report
• To arrange the call you booked
• To send a proposal or quote you asked for
• To provide and support the services you hire us for

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Third-party services

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts and some images from Unsplash, and is hosted by our web host. These providers may receive basic technical information, such as your IP address, when your browser loads their files. WhatsApp, email and Google Calendar handle your messages and events under their own privacy policies.

Newsletter

If you subscribe, we keep your email address to send one email a month. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to delete your address at any time.

Maps

Our office maps use MapLibre with map tiles from OpenFreeMap, built on OpenStreetMap data. When a map loads, your browser requests map files from those services. Google Maps loads only if you choose to open it.

Your visit, in your browser

Some pages remember small things in your own browser, such as the services you added to your project or how many pages you viewed, so the page can show them back to you. This stays on your device and is not sent to us unless you send us a message.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only as long as we need them to respond, to manage any project you start with us, or as the law requires.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and withdraw any consent you have given. Email tobrand.biz@pikk.co.in and we will respond promptly.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
